Shipping & Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 3 days. If there is any reason we are going to be delayed in shipping your order within this timescale, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. Please bear with us during busy periods.
We use Royal Mail mainly to ship orders and occasionally will use DPD, Hermes or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Standard shipping is 2nd class with Royal Mail. Services may experience some delays due to the Covid19 Pandemic, so please ensure that you order in advance of when you need your items. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee when your parcels will arrive.
Click and Collect
If you live or work locally in Taunton, you have the option to collect without charge. We are based in Norton Fitzwarren. When you checkout, there is an option for shipping and an option for local pick-up. Once your order is ready, we will email you confirm, our address details will be contained within this email. You will need to contact us on receipt of your email to arrange a convenient collection time. We can leave your order on our doorstep to ensure that there is no contact.
Returns and refunds
If your items arrive and they are damaged, please take a photograph of the item as soon as received and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be able to discuss this with you and look to arrange a refund or send a replacement.
unfortunately, we are unable to refund items due to dislike of a scent. if you are unsure of what a product will smell like, you can find these scents on the high street. they have been created to smell similar to the high street branded scents. We are also unable to refund your candle as this is a bespoke product, designed to your taste.
whilst we are a small business and must endeavour to protect ourselves, we will always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products.
