Positive Affirmations

Welcome to the first official blog post. Whilst I have been communicating in this format for the last 12 months to our subscribers on our email list, I wanted to find a way to make it more accessible to a wider audience by creating this Blog! I am committing to a new blog post every Sunday, filled with insight, inspiration and all things Pour'di.

Let's Get Started...
Over the last few weeks we have been collecting your wonderful ideas, preferences and your feedback through our Brand Vision Survey.
In order for us to grow as a brand, it's important for us to take you on the journey with us.

There are some really exciting things launching very soon, some of which we will be able to announce in the coming weeks.

This week we have developed something that is completely FREE for you to download and fits nicely into the wellness direction we are going in.

Keep scrolling through to find out more.
Positive Affirmations...

Do you want to feel empowered to attract more positive energy into your life?

Every week, I will share a new affirmation on a new design for you to download, completely FREE. You can use this as your phone wallpaper, print it out for your journal or frame it for your desk at work.

Every time you look at it, I want you to say the affirmation 3 times out loud or in your head.

What we tell ourselves is what we eventually become.

Jordi's faves this week
Here are some of my recommendations for you this week.
Bedtime Ritual7 minute meditation - The Daily Jay (Calm App)

I talk about the Calm App a lot, for a very good reason! I have been listening to the app to help me sleep for the last 5 years and I SWEAR by it. Most nights I get a full 8 hours sleep, and even when the children wake me up in the night, I am able to drift back to sleep with ease.

Over the last week, before bed, I have tuned into The Daily Jay and it has made a huge impact on my mood. I feel refreshed when I wake up and happier throughout the day.
This is a 100% recommendation from me!

FilmKing Richard

We did have to buy this on the Sky Store but it's such a great watch! Will Smith plays Richard Williams, the father of Venus and Serena Williams. A story of perseverance, determination and standing by your values.
LOVED IT!
